With regards to areas of specialization of services provided by Recura,  they include business planning, corporate finance, financial structuring, corporate governance, M&A transaction advisory, and similar areas. The private sector experience covers all active sectors of the economy, including inter alia ICT, agribusiness, renewable energy and energy efficiency, textile, wood processing, health services, wholesale, retail, telecommunications, metals processing, construction materials, real estate, etc. Recura has successfully intermediated over 250 million Euro of investments in the private sector and has supported the growth of its clients over the last decade.

RECURA is looking to hire Financial Analysts to join its team.

JOB OVERVIEW

Ability to execute project plans and deliver solutions across the following Business and Financial Planning and Analyses domains:

• Market research – help companies develop or maintain a competitive edge by finding and delivering data-backed insights into potential markets, competitors, and even customer behavior.
• Financial analysis, planning and advisory – develop financial plans and projections through financial diagnosis, consultations, and modelling of complex financial projections, helping clients in developing appropriate and sustainable short-, medium- and long-term plans.
• Decision support– provide clients with advisory and reports for their planning and business management needs, supporting their decision making through specific reports and analysis, including capital budgeting, valuations, return on investment and similar analysis and models.
• Performance visibility– deliver comprehensive reports to clients, inclusive of market research, pre-feasibility and feasibility reports and business plans and succinct Power Point presentations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists the head of the unit or senior consultants in the implementation of projects
• Conducts research and collects data to understand the company (client and business) or the industry and its dynamics,
• Analyzes and presents financial data and reports in required formats
• Analyze market trends and identify risks and opportunities
• Assist in conducting interviews with the client management team and owners, client employees and other stakeholders.
• Data collection from clients, extracting relevant information and preparation of historical financial reports based on data provided by the client, including preparation of clint’s business briefs and key characteristics
• Modeling of financial projections using the proprietary approaches and models developed by Recura, based on the guidance from the unit leader, team lead or senior consultants.
• Develop financial plans to support the client’s strategic and business objectives.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Assistance in writing of business plans, feasibility studies, investment plans or other relevant documents required
• Report on the findings and results achieved in the project to the head of the unit on a daily basis
• Report and escalate to management as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, economy, marketing, business, or related field of study (Master is preferred)
• Excellent written and fluent communication in English and in Albanian (C1/C2).
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Strong quantitative skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Adeptness in the use of logic and abstract modelling
• Strong working knowledge of MS suite package.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and its functionalities and willingness to learn
• Excellent computer and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good judgment and decision-making.
