Lead Graphic Designer

Mercurius Consulting is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We are looking for a friendly, passionate and professional Lead Graphic Designer to join our client’s team, in the industry of Creative Agencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute assets as prescribed by creative/marketing briefs across social organic and paid digital media.
• You’ll lead a small but agile team to create graphics and video content with delightful and engaging visual design.
• Collaborates with copywriter to artfully build creative solutions to address specific project objectives.
• Works to improve the integrated team’s overall performance and embraces a collaborative approach.
• Understands that all projects require attention to detail so that work is on-time, on-budget and on-strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 2-4 years previous design experience
• Passion for content creation design, GIF and videos.
• Proficiency with a range of Adobe Creative Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of all social media platforms and latest trends
• Detail oriented, but able to focus on the bigger picture
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

OFFER:

• Compensation starting at 900€ per month.
• Fulltime – 40 hours/week, from Monday to Friday.
