Mercurius Consulting is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for a friendly, passionate and professional Office Administrator to join our client’s growing team in Kosovo, in the industry of Production.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and manage all administration operations.
- Create and regularly update personnel files.
- Process and create daily, weekly and monthly reports on company output and production.
- Process and input production data on the software.
- Support bookkeeping procedures and handle minor financial transactions for the company.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to production processes.
- Answer phone calls and email inquiries from clients and partners.
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- At least 1 year work experience administrative positions or in similar role.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software’s will be considered an advantage.
- Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
- Great data analytical skills.
- Proficient English and Albanian.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
OFFER:
- Starting salary of 700 euro gross with possibility of increase upon reaching full role competency.
- Working hours 08:00 to 16:00, from Monday to Friday.
