Sales Account Manager – German

Mercurius Consulting is a company specialized in the field of leadership and management advancement, HR outsourcing, training/motivation, recruitment and selection of staff. For the development of our customer’s activity, call center services, are looking for German speaking Sales Account Manager – German / Deutsch who can strengthen our team in Prishtina.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieving your sales target
• Support customers with product and service information.
• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our services according to the customer’s requirements.
• Manage and monitor customer portfolios.
• Establishment and maintenance of relationships with new and existing customers.
• Answer questions and recommends corrective services to address customer complaints.
• Maintain an upbeat, positive and motivating demeanor.

QUALIFICATIONS and Skills:

• Preferable bachelor’s degree o equivalent.
• Able to effectively communicate fluently in German, in both written and oral.
• Experience in finance isn’t must but an advantage.
• Purposeful and dynamic personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented.
• Ambitious and self-motivated.
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
